Introducing Total Delivery Recruitment

For years, Total Delivery Pharma (TDP) has worked with pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device organisations on complex challenges across Quality, Regulatory Affairs, CMC, Technical Operations, Supply Chain and Compliance. Over that time, more and more of our conversations with clients have come back to people: who they need, and where to find them. We've launched Total Delivery Recruitment (TDR) to answer that properly.

Recruitment Built from TDP

TDR isn't a new agency trying to break into life sciences. It has grown out of the relationships and recruitment work that already existed within TDP.

Through our consultancy work we've built an international network of QPs, RPs, Quality leaders, Regulatory specialists, CMC experts, auditors, technical consultants and senior pharmaceutical executives. We've placed specialists on projects, introduced consultants into client organisations, filled interim roles and helped businesses hire permanently. TDR formalises that. Clients who speak to us aren't starting with a recruiter holding a job description; they're drawing on the network and industry knowledge of an established pharmaceutical consultancy.

Understanding the Requirement Before We Search

Life sciences roles are highly specialist, and a job title only tells you so much. A Regulatory Affairs professional with deep post-approval experience may not suit an early-stage development programme. A Quality leader who has maintained an established QMS may not be the right person to build one from scratch.

Because TDR sits alongside TDP, we can bring in experienced industry professionals to pin down what a client actually needs before a role goes to market. In practice that means asking better questions, challenging the brief where needed, and putting forward candidates on technical and cultural fit rather than keyword matches.

Permanent, Interim or Consultancy?

Recruitment isn't always the answer. A business convinced it needs another permanent Quality hire might be better served by 20 hours of specialist consultancy. Another might be planning an expensive consultancy project when an experienced interim embedded in the team would do the job. And sometimes a permanent hire is exactly right.

Working across TDP and TDR means we can start with a simple question: do you need expertise, capacity or permanent capability? Through TDP, the answer might be specialist consultancy, Just Ask support, auditing, project delivery or an outsourced function. Through TDR, it might be permanent recruitment or contract and interim resource. Where it makes sense, the two work together.

A Network Built on Real Relationships

Our network has come from years of projects, referrals, conferences, consultancy engagements and conversations across the industry, not from CV databases alone. It covers:

Quality Assurance | Qualified Persons | Responsible Persons | Regulatory Affairs | CMC | MS&T | Validation | Technical Operations | Supply Chain | Medical Devices | Clinical | Manufacturing | Senior Leadership

The best candidate often isn't actively looking. We combine targeted search with the relationships built across TDP and TDR to reach specialists who would never show up in a conventional recruitment process.

More Than Filling a Vacancy

The aim is to be a long-term talent partner, both to the organisations we already support across the Total Delivery Group and to new clients, rather than another agency sending CVs. That means understanding where a business is heading, what capability it needs to get there, and whether that capability should be built, bought or accessed flexibly.

TDP gives organisations access to expertise, and TDR helps them bring it in-house for the long term. Between the two, we can support a business from an immediate technical problem through to building the team that delivers its longer-term strategy.

Talk to Us

TDR is now working with pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device businesses in the UK and internationally. If you're building a team, struggling to fill a specialist role, need interim cover or just want a sense of who's available, get in touch. If you're not yet sure whether you need a consultant, a contractor or a permanent hire, that's a good place to start the conversation too.
